“what makes you different from the other firms”. We feel we provide a unique level of service because of these
“differences” which include:
- Project Completion Rates: There is no such thing as an uncompleted search project at Alexander Associates.
We pride ourselves in our 100% search completion rate which spans a twelve year period.
- Assimilation/Post Search Process: As identified on our Home Page, we do not believe the search project stops when the candidate is hired. We actively work with the hired candidate and the hiring manager long after the hire date.
This effort is included as part of our service, and fee.
- Staff Competencies: All of the members of our professional staff have over 20 years of senior level, hands-on business experience with large organizations (ARAMARK, Arthur Andersen, PNC Financial Corporation, Merck, JP Morgan/Chase, PricewaterhouseCoopers) which helps us relate to practical business issues.
The team presenting our capabilities to you will be the team who actually performs the project. We
do not “hand down” searches to lower level staff.
- Our Communication Process: Our clients never have to ask “what is the status of the candidate development process.” We ensure our clients our updated on a regular basis
including weekly status reports and frequent verbal updates and voicemails. We are available 24/7.
- Hands Off Policy: Because we purposely limit our client base in any one particular industry, we have the ability to recruit from our client’s direct competitors.
In addition, unlike some of our competition, we never recruit our client’s employees for another client project.
